You could try gaia online's Barton Town board. Even though Gaia is in the middle of a lawsuit because of some rather stupid things theyre doing, that board is good.

Speaking of which, I added this category so people could interact in charictor. Should there be like one big fourm or a few diffrent ones? And if so what (I was thinking like locations)?

Honestly, the easiest way to get a persona is to steal one from a manga or anime you read/watch ^^.
Mine's from Bleach. Which is pwnage, btw.

If it was to be able to take a human form then it would probably ok. Alternativly, you could make your garb look dragonish. If it is detailed enough to have a backstory then it will probably work.

But you cant count armor unless its actual leather that passes.

Not just on new weapons, but on worn weapons also. I was there one night and I saw a few items that looked as though they would not pass.

If we where to cheak things exsatly, there would be a bunch that fail and seeing how there is a weapon shortage, its not going to happen. Most new weapons that come to the field are checked by someone. So far, I don't think there are any particularly dangerous weapons out there (but some that are getting close).
