Yes it's a for real guest LOL. I ment bel/dag groups in general. Just looking for those that you think are cool to hang with at events and those that should be avoided thats all.

Thats a really odd question to be asking.
You'l like some groups and dislike others, and that varies from person to person. Theres no like, super evil group so far as I know, but I've only been to one event.
Why do you want to know? And why do I feel like we're being probed

Sorry for the long delay. My system fried last week and had to be reuilt. Sorry if the question seemed odd. I'm from TN but I travel a lot so I was just woundering about sourounding groups. There is a group in Nashville but I have been warned that they are full of drama so I should be prepaired if I want to go see them. Not that they are a bad group just have a lot of isues that seem to keep araising. SO maybe the question should have been, What do you know of the difrent groups and what should I expect form the more local ones.

we are a brand new drama-free realm and hope to always stay that way. Drama will get you an insta-ban from the field here. I personally hate that shit. so come on down, swing some foam, and have a great time.

Rayoe, are you talking about A'tal Ra'? If so clarafy because otherwise thats not true. Drama wont actually get you an insta ban, although you wont be liked for it. On our field (the one on campus), the worse that happens for the most part is people not taking their hits. I think there might have been some drama between individual fighters before, but I think thats the extent of it. The worst drama I have encountered personally in belegarth has been while online. I would not recommend joining the national belegarth forum.

As far as other realms go I know that theres something going on in Glasgow. I know they have amtgaurd but I think maybe a bel group started their to. Theres also Dun Abhon in Louisville KY but I don't know anything them other than that they exsist XD.

Speaking of A'tal Ra' Rayoe, I've always wondered, does your house have another field it practices on or what?

yes sometimes we arrange practices in auburn kentucky for just katsuri at their local park, what i meant by drama i should have classified as extreme-drama such as getting into fist fights or compulsivly mouthing off to officials about the set rules not just not calling shots or things of that nature.

Yea there is a Dag group that just formed last month in Glasgow and then there is a Viking group called the Dimma Ulfur that from what I can tell is in to all the groups (SCA/BEL/DAG/living history...ect). Cool I need to find a list of your times and make sure I am in the area. Are your pratices open to the public or do you need to go to school there?

Its public.

Really, the only reason we need members from WKU is because we will get noticed more if we are listed as an official club.

Also, Leinad, we need to do something during club recruitment days (South Lawn, all the clubs have kiosks there on those days)

our practices are open to the public. Currently, we practice on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 3 PM on Western's campus at Zechariah and Meredith Halls. Those building are close to Pierce Ford Tower. (The tallest building on campus). If practice weren't open to the public, me and a few of my buddys couldn't play.

Where also adding Thursday practices, same time and place.
