I am starting to make shields for the Realm all Shields will be strap, I don't make punch cause I don't like punch.

Here's a run down of prices:

24-28" Rounds- 30$

28-36"- 40$(Cheap compared to Edhellen)

All have wodden cores with lightweight cores, if you want me to use a special type of plywood like tech-ply let me know cause i'll have to order it and it will be a bit more exspensive cause tech ply is a lighter wood but its just as durable if not more.

Custom Shields Vary such as Heaters, Teardrops, Cover Designs, and etc.

Tough to say. Depends solely on the fabirc, the design added to it, the size of the shield it will cover, and ultimatley whether you want it to be roped or just stapled.
