Pfft, gay fix. Use spray paint to make the fabric deteriorate faster. those 10 seconds you could spend walking to the kitchen and back. You know, something useful like that.

Fabric is extremely cheap especially if you only need enough for a javelin head cover. You can get probably 100x more than that than you could yellow spraypaint which, at its cheapest is like $2 a can.
