So theres been a huge decrease in attendance recently. Any reasons for this? If you have some sort of issue or complant, please P.M. so I can try to do something about it. Don't worry about upsetting me, speak your mind.

Its Thursday.

People cant get days off from work every week for too many practices weekly. And people also have school dude.

Or they get sick.

I said recently, not just today. And for the last time we have had a decently sized Thursday practices so your argument is wrong, at least partially. Theirs been an attendance drop for the last four, five practices or so, and that merits more than just coincidence.

Belegarth is just kinda one of those sports. People find out that they aren't as skilled as what they want to be and are mostly unwilling to train outside of practices to get better. Most often people drop belegarth because they can't perform as well in it as they can in Halo or CoD. It is better that the ones who are unwilling/unable to get better. That leaves us those who are either going to get better, or if they don't they are at least going to try thier best. Another thing that occurs often is when people get too pissy because "someone is cheating" or "someone is fighting to hard". A person has the right to be upset when either of these two things happen, just don't let your anger at one person remove you from this sport. I have been playing for 3-4 years and there are people that i can't stand. You can damn well guarentee that I'm going to keep playing though, even if it is just to kill them as many times as I can. Take it from a Vet. don't let anyone stop you from playing except you. Well, thats my two cents. Charity is fun.

The weather outlook for Sat. is kinda iffy. On the hour-by-hour forecast, it is showing rain at 3p.m. but just cloudy from 4-6p.m. with rain starting back up. There was also a metion of rain at 1p.m. They predict .04 inches for the entire daylight time with those three sittings. Assuming that it rains equal amounts all three times, It will either be very light rain or hard rain for very short periods of time(say 10-15 minutes). I don't think practice will be affected by this though. Hope to see everyone there.

Will there be a forest battle this Sunday or not? I remember at the cook out, there was talk of having a forest battle every other Sunday.

It's ok. Practice has kind of been thin anyways.

My R.A. told me that she saw one of our swords over on southlawn. I went and got it a few minutes ago. Its 3/4" PVC with a dark grey cover, rope wraped handle with white cloth tape, and a ducktape covered pommel. The core is completely unattached from the handle. It should be fixable however. Does anyone know who it belongs to?

I would like it if practices would start back up though i have not heard any word on this subject... What is the Practice Status as of now and Im willing to practice regardless if its cold or not...

I've tried to get us a place to fight indoors but western never got back to me on it. Despite all this snow we've been having, it should start to warm up before to much longer. Once it gets up around 40+ practice will be more likely get going.

Alternativly, if you noticed, we have an event coming up, the opener. Technically, once we have the opener, thats when practices should "open". So be sure to make it if you can to find out whats going on/voice your opinion on things.
